These are the services we provide to our residential customers:

No job is ever to small.

Change a light, replace a broken power point we can do it and we can do it when you need it done.

Work hours: Our current work hours are Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:00, we believe that our people need to have their weekend free after a busy week at work.

After hours service: We also understand that you may need someone to help you dealing with an electrical emergency, so we have an electrician on call if you need help urgently - 24/7.

Quotes and rates: We provide free quotes for all your electrical work no matter of what size the job is. The other option is do and charge and we are happy to discuss the applicable rates on request.

Peace of mind: There is a great measure of security in dealing with a larger established company, like ourselves. We have systems in place that ensure our employees and your safety at all times. All our employees have current police clearances and DCSI checks since we work a great deal in schools - you may have seen our vans around your child's school too. A company of our standing has also all necessary insurances, licences and permits in place for the work we are doing. We too have policies and procedures in place that ensure the job outcome and that you are satisfied with the work we are doing for you.

Skill level: Our biggest asset however, are our dedicated, skilled and experienced tradespeople and our apprentices. We have a large pool of skills with an even broader range of experience we can draw our resources from. Our assurance to you is we will match the right person to your job. We are especially proud of our apprentices and the reports we are getting from people - like yourself - about how they perform their work and how they interact with all our customers. 

Cost effectiveness: We offer you the choice to either have an electrician come out, or an electrician and his apprentice. You are right in saying "but this costs more" - however the benefit is, that the two of them are working as a team and they will finish the job faster. The word for this 'effect' is Synergy, for you they are just quicker and more cost effective. We will always recommend the most suitable option to you.

Payment: Nothing in life is free - but we are trying to make this part as convenient as possible for you. We accept all mayor credit cards. We will also take cash payments. If you had other options in mind please discuss them with us, as we may be able to help you.
